Hi, I’m Ashley Galan! I am a Houston-based actor, stage manager, and aspiring director fueled by an unwavering passion for storytelling.

My journey into the world of theatre began in childhood as I found myself immersed in the emotional rollercoasters and grandeur of telenovelas. This love expanded and transformed when I experienced my first live play on a school field trip in elementary school. Watching Junie B. Jones and a Little Monkey Business opened my eyes to the art form of theater.

Now, I am dedicated to crafting immersive worlds on stage that foster connection, highlight the richness of my culture, and offer nuanced portrayals that resonate with our shared humanity. My mission is to create innovative art that speaks to the issues of our times and uplifts marginalized voices, all while cultivating safe spaces that empower artists to express their authentic selves.
